Once an order has been completed on this website, you will be deemed to have offered to purchase the relevant product at the price (including any delivery or other charges) and quantities indicated. At the point of placing the order you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed with the Terms and Conditions.
Once the order is placed secured payment will be required and you will receive an automatic email thanking you for your custom. Old Villa will issue a more detailed confirmation email of the order within 24 hours of receiving an order to acknowledge the order and confirm that the goods will be dispatched accordingly (the “Confirmation Email”). Subject to the terms under the paragraph below headed MISTAKES, Old Villa shall only be bound by the order when it has issued a Confirmation Email and at this time a contract between you and Old Villa shall be made.
Occasionally a product may be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you via the Confirmation Email and advise if and when the product will become available. Where a product is no longer available you will have a right to cancel your order and we will provide you with a full refund.
Any product ordered will remain the property of Old Villa, until full payment has been received and the order dispatched. Once payment has been received and the product is dispatched ownership will transfer to you.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order once placed and accepted by us, at any time up to dispatch. To inform us of a cancellation, please send us an email or letter.
