RECOMMEND A FRIEND AND WIN A GIFT
Where information is collected via the “Recommend A Friend and Win a Gift” offer, we make sure to request the approval of the person whose details have been recommended (the “Recommended Person”) by insisting that the person giving the recommendation (the “Recommending Person”) copies the Recommended Person into the recommendation email. The Recommended Person is then required to confirm that they are happy for their information to be collected. Where a response is not received from a Recommended Person, we will destroy all information collected on the Recommended Person. |
